FAQ
How long does it take to complete the course?
On average, most students complete the course in 30–40 hours. With the flexibility of online learning, you can move at your own pace, finish quicker if you want to dive straight in, or take longer if you prefer to spread it out around your schedule.
Who can enrol in Training Gate courses?
Licensed electricians can enrol in design & installation courses, while retailers and non-electricians can complete design-only courses.
Do you work with RTOs as well?
Yes. Training Gate partners with RTOs by providing white-label training resources, compliance updates, and pay-per-student enrolments.
Will these courses qualify me for government rebates?
Yes. Completing the required design or installation courses gives you the accreditation needed to access state and federal solar and battery rebates
How do I complete the practical components?
You can complete your practical requirements on-site under supervision, with another accredited electrician, or through a Training Gate workshop.
